Peter Bale Appointed Operations Director of Mashatu Game Reserve
We are excited to announce the promotion of Peter Bale to Operations Director of Mashatu Game Reserve. Peter Bale’s extensive experience in the safari and hospitality industries, combined with his international exposure in the USA, has prepared him to oversee the day-to-day operations of Mashatu’s expanding portfolio. Under his management, Mashatu grew from two to six commercial camps, further solidifying its reputation as one of Botswana’s premier wildlife reserves.
Peter’s deep connection to Mashatu is evident in his own words: “Working at Mashatu is more than just a job; it’s a lifestyle. My passion for the hospitality industry and the incredible team at Mashatu has kept me here for nearly 11 years. As Operations Director, my goal is to drive growth, uphold the highest standards of customer service, and ensure that Mashatu continues to lead in conservation and sustainable tourism.”
